Under Britt's direction, Apprio developed the federal government's Disaster Medical Information Suite (DMIS), an electronic health record (EHR) and situational awareness solution used to manage medical care during federal disasters and designated national security events such as the Gulf Oil Spill, Haiti Earthquake and Hurricane Ike. Donny Zamora brings more than 25 years of experience in the healthcare and revenue cycle industry to ApprioHealth. As president of ApprioHealth, Zamora is responsible for all activities associated with Apprio’s commercial market strategy within the healthcare revenue cycle management vertical.
Prior to joining Apprio, Zamora served as executive vice president of Bolder Healthcare Solutions, where he managed a team responsible for healthcare revenue cycle management services covering 25 states and a client base of more than 250 hospitals and physician groups. Zamora has served in leadership positions with Parallon, The Outsource Group and Medstandard.

Michael Wilmoth leads the company’s nationwide operations as COO. He brings 22 years of experience within the eligibility, disability, motor vehicle accident and workers compensation areas.
Wilmoth’s expertise in managing risk and compliance strategies, providing regulatory and policy prowess, and executing high-level strategic planning will result in the technology to deliver enhanced customer value and to maximize revenue for customers. Wilmoth previously held leadership roles with Praxis Healthcare Solutions and Advanced Patient Advocacy, among others.

Rodney Napier comes to ApprioHealth with more than 25 years of experience in the healthcare field related to revenue cycle management (RCM), information technology and consulting. As chief development officer, he is responsible for all marketing, branding, product development and sales efforts for the organization.
Napier most recently was chief marketing and sales officer for Cresta Capital. Previously, through senior management positions at companies such as Cresta, Advanced Patient Advocacy and American Benefit Corporation, he has led teams in building forward-thinking marketing and sales organizations while establishing key relationships with clients and strategic partners.
He is an active member of Healthcare Financial Management Association regionally and nationally as well as within his local Central Ohio chapter.
Chief Client Officer, ApprioHealth
Jude Crowell has more than 15 years of experience in the healthcare field with a concentration in sales and client management. As ApprioHealth’s chief client officer, he has responsibility for the development and management of client deliverables to include key performance indicators and customer satisfaction.
Prior to joining ApprioHealth, Crowell served in a variety of revenue cycle management (RCM) leadership positions, focusing on enrollment, liability, insurance and other core RCM offerings. He most recently was vice president of national business development for Washington & West LLC.
He is active within the Healthcare Financial Management Association (HFMA) and is based in Nashville, Tennessee. He serves as the regional executive for HFMA Region 5.
Divisional President for Insurance Recovery, ApprioHealth
Derek Shaw serves as a divisional president for insurance recovery for ApprioHealth. Shaw will oversee all operational aspects of ApprioHealth’s insurance recovery business and will shape the division’s vision, strategy and operations to meet its aggressive growth objectives.
Functioning as the division’s chief architect, he will lead the company in expanding traditional ideas about insurance recovery to be more expansive and supportive to health systems and their financial challenges. Shaw has served some of the largest U.S. hospital systems in his career, helping them with third-party billing and insurance recovery. He managed insurance receivable projects for nationwide hospital systems and physician groups where he oversaw data integration, recovery process optimization, staffing, financial margin targets and key performance indicators.

Dart’s metric-driven focus, combined with his strong relationship-building skills, will help to propel the company’s commercial healthcare business growth.
